Apple cider vinegar, water, and honey aid digestion when taken with meals; use two teaspoons of vinegar to a glass of water, add honey to taste.

Apple cider vinegar baths restore a natural pH to the skin and hair, as well as rejuvenate and build up the bodys resistance. It helps to restore acid mantle protection to the skin, which is lost from swimming and from routine use of soaps on the skin.
